We want everyone to be able to access PRISM’s materials, regardless of ability, technology, or language needs. Many of our community partners work with populations who require alternative formats to fully engage with digital content.

Materials Available Upon Request

We can provide:

• Large-print materials

• Screen-reader–compatible documents

• Accessible PDFs • Plain-text versions

• Audio-described video content

• Spanish translations (select materials)

• Captioned videos + transcripts

• High-contrast versions of flyers/posters

How to Request an Accessible Version

Email prism@cise.ufl.edu and include:

1. The URL or file name

2. The format you need

3. Any preferred deadline

PRISM will work quickly to provide accessible alternatives.
